Ordered an article "in stock" on a friday, got a mail the next friday that the order is ready for dispatch.
Asked when it would actually got delivered, no answer.
Next tuesday i asked for a tracking code, no answer.
We're now more then 11 days further and yet no package and no answer.
Poor service and i'll think twice in the future before ordering something.
