I purchased a Surly Cross-Check frameset in grey.
Two days later I get an email saying it's out of stock and offering to send me a "red" (mule mug) one instead.
I accept and it is shipped the next day.
Delivery was fast and through dpd/chronopost which are one of the better choices available.
Customer service is responsive and seems to well.
