I recently purchased a Kona Unit and Jamie was a great help, he gave me a lot of info to help me make my choice. This is the second bike i have bought from Triton and very happy with the service. The bikes both of which have been Kona have been good as well, even though the unit i have only had for a week, so far so good, should last me well.
