First the good points. When my order was dispatched, it arrived quickly. My query was answered quickly by email. Now the bad. Both items I ordered showed in stock on the website. This was the only reason I ordered as I needed them quickly. After 3 working days I enquired why they had not Ben dispatched and was told they had been ordered from Trek. That is NOT in stock. If I wanted to wait while the parts were ordered, I could have gone to a local shop. Instead I had to wait over a week and pay international shipping as the website was (and still is) wrong.
