Day 16 after ordering my bike and still not dispatched. On the 6th day i asked them when they would expect it to be dispatched, and they anwsered that it would dispatch within the next 24-48 hours. I haven't heard from them since. I know covid-19 is over all of us, but the bike was marked as 'usually dispatches within 24 hours', which makes it kind of frustrating to think about it not being shipped by the 16th day.
