I Ordered my new bike a GT zaskar carbon elite on the 23rd April I had Email confirmation with delivery date from 29th April to 12th May I phoned a lot of times no answer and emailed 3 times with no reply but I do understand business are with reduced staff and are very busy I Sent another email on the 6th May had an email replay from Cara on the same day to day my bike was ready for dispatch and my bike arrived from from TNT 7th May I would like to thank Cara for sorting my order out and for replying to my emails. 2 weeks from my order to receiving my new bike in these difficult times that we are all experiencing is normal service from most companies at the moment I am happy with this service Just need to put it together now I also had an email from Cara today to confirm my bike arrived and to say have a nice long weekend and happy riding !
