Originally tried ordering through their finance which failed, however, I had the cash so I spoke with someone from the shop about my order who advised to just re-do my order. Eagerly anticipating my bike it was past the first date of delivery so I enquired about my order progress. It was with me chasing that the shop then let me know that they had sold out of the bike and that they cannot get it till August. Why was I told to re-order a bike that they had no stock of?! Instead of acting professionally and offering a solution to a customer they made no effort and just refunded my money and canceled my order. Very poor customer service
