Because of the lockdown situation the dispatch time is much longer. But for me the bike was delivered after 3 weeks in perfect condition. It is unfortunate that you have to wait that long but taking the circumstances into account Triton cycles cannot change much about it. During the waiting the communication was excellent, I always received an answer within 24hours. All with all I would recommend to order via Triton cycles.
