This is an initial review and not final, as I have not yet received my new bike (its in route). I'm essentially reviewing the buying process and communication. I had found a Cannondale Supersix I was interested in on the Triton website about a month ago. I sent an email asking a question about it. I didn't get a response for a few days, so checked the reviews for Triton. There were quite a few negative ones. I was concerned about this and initially wary of doing business with them, but I then received a response to my question. It was thorough. Knowing that most bike shops are experiencing very high volumes of business while also suffering staffing issues and supy chain problems due to COVID (my local bike shop included) I decided to take a chance. I didn't mind if my new bike would be delayed for a few weeks. To my surprise, a week after the transaction I received a notification from the shipping company that my bike is in route and will be deliver this week. I also received a notification from Triton. I'm very satisfied with the buying process as I've experienced it. And like others who've left positive reviews recently, I'd suggest that we should all expect that during this health crisis that we may need to be more patient and understanding as businesses deal with the unique challenges they face. Bottom line, I trust Triton and am looking forward to recieving my new bike this week. Im located in the U. S.
