After experiencing issues with trying to purchase a trainer with other companies I was a little wary about another online transaction that could go wrong... I was unable to get through on the phone to check the product was online but I put this down to busy periods coupled with the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. So I took a chance and ordered. I received a confirmation e-mail immediately and less than an hour later received conformation that the item had been dispatched. I raised my eyebrows at this but received an e-mail from DPD shortly afterwards to say it would be delivered the following day. And it was - less than 24 hours after placing the order. Unbelievable service.
