Good price, exactly as ordered. I did have to wait a little longer than I expected but I do not know if perhaps they were waiting for an item to fulfil my order, given bikes and bike gear are in high demand. My one criticism is not being able to get through on the phone - even just for quick advice. But I have still rated a 5* as I am happy my order was fulfilled by the busy team. One item is not what I want/need as it is bigger than I thought so I will be sending that back but imagine I will go through the refund process as described. Thanks.
