Ordered from tropco before without any issues
However, my last order arrrived with half the fish dead and the rest dying off shortly after. Infected my tank with white spot and killed my older fish.
The delivery was split up in two parts and they wouldn't ship the second half till after I paid extra for some reason... Beth was very unhelpful about it but I managed to convince a manager to send it out to me - an order which I had paid for and no one would tell me wasnt coming until they held it hostage for ransom money.
Beth from customer service sent me some copy pasta each time I would contact them about getting a refund for all the dead fish they sent. The rest of the staff seem to have at least a human element to them
