A picture speaks a thousand words! I was very happy with my order and will definitely order again and again. The box was well packaged, was still cold when it came to my front door. However, upon inspecting the soursops, I found one that was damaged. I immediately took pictures and emailed to Tropical Fruit Box. In the email, I mentioned the size and its weight. Within MINUTES, I received a response that a replacement was on its way. A few days later, I received another soursop that is twice as big as the one I originally received. What a nice surprise! It lifted my spirit in these gloomy days. Tropical Fruit Box’s customer service is top notched. I appreciate their attention to details, excellent products and above all, service!
