Honestly, I feel a little guilty over here eating tropical fruit while many in Texas don’t have electricity or water (blessed to only have to boil the water here in west central Texas!), but that’s what I’m doing. The fruit pictured was delayed in the mail a week. Some still needs to ripen but none is rotten. Well packed and plenty. I’m impressed. I anticipate some will sweeten up once it ripens more but...I had to try it.
Sopadilla, starfruit, passion fruit, red bannanas, dragon fruit, pink pineapple.
