We ordered a box of cacao pods from Tropical Fruit Box, and through no fault of the company, our pods were damaged when they arrived. This was during a bad snow storm across the country where packages were delayed days, rerouted, etc. When we contacted the company to see if they would be willing to replace them since the cacao pods had been split open and had begun to mold, the customer service was excellent! They shipped us a new box and we recieved it within the week with beautiful cacao pods that we can't wait to use. Thanks for taking care of your customers, we will be ordering again!
