this has been my 3rd order from Tropical Fruit Box and in all instances, i was very satisfied with the customer service and staff who are always on hand to answer queries from customers. my second order was affected by the recent winter storm, and though there were several delays in the delivery of fruits, the fruits were still okay when they finally got to the destination. the company had gotten in touch with me and offered a discount for my next purchase, which i used for my third purchase. i inquired if there's a way the fruits can get to my chosen recipient who will be celebrating her birthday on tuesday (i placed my order sunday morning) and i was told that since delivery starts only on monday, it might be too tight to get to the destination on tuesday. they suggested i take the overnight delivery which was expensive so i just dropped the topic. but lo and behold, the fruit box i ordered got to the recipient on tuesday, after lunch, right on her birthday! thanks for the extra effort, Tropical Fruit Box people! all the fruits i ordered were very sweet and brought joy to friends and relatives. more power to your company!
