I was a Miami Fruit customer for.over 8 years but after a few shipments of bad fruit I decided to try Tropical Fruit Box. My order came after a few days and some items did come damaged as they were overripe and exploded in the box. I felt disappointed and sent an email to the company. I received a quick response and a replacement within a few days. Miami Fruit never did this. I understand things happen and appreciate the gesture to make things right. As a result, I will be ordering in the future and will recommend to all my NYC family and friends.
