The customer service can't be beat. I tend to be pretty high maintenance and they were texting me back almost immediately when I had questions. Super polite and helpful. You get a response from an actual human who has a brain who answers questions thoughtfully and intelligibly. That's almost unheard of for companies today. I did have an issue on my first shipment and they sent a replacement as soon as I questioned it. They didn't just send the one item that was wrong they sent a full new box without me even requesting it. I was shocked by that over service. I will note that the first box got too me WAY quicker than I expected and I was out of town when it arrived. My house sitter put the fruit in the fridge and it kept for over a week still in great condition. The second box took much longer to ship to me so I left that fruit on the counter and it rippened very quickly. Great to know you can adjust to have it ripen as needed by how you store it. Between the boxes there was a bit if inconsistency. The first one I got one big fruit and the second two smaller ones. Either works well. They se to be consistent on the amount of edible product and if anything I got slightly more edible product weight when they did more if the smaller fruits. Overall extremely satisfied with the customer service and quality of product.
