I ordered 2 boxes from Tropical Fruit Box in Miami and when they arrived I was a little shocked how ripe everything was. I wasnt for sure how to handle the situation since it was over300 dollars of fruit and I didn't know if that's how they are suppose to arrive so when I called them to discuss it they asked me to send a picture and once I did that they were immediately trying to get new boxes sent out. They looked at the order and realized Fed Ex had kept the boxes too long and they got too much heat. So I as so happy when I received 2 more boxes that were not hot and overripe! I live in Arizona so getting good exotic fruit isn't easy and I will definitely be wording more from this company! Customer Service is key to me and they showed they do care!
