Amazing fruits and customer service. We appreciate being able to enjoy tropical fruits in the cold conditions of MI winter and actually order all year around. Not only are the fruits fresh and flavourful, the staff is friendly, supportive, responsive and so helpful with selections and service. In one of the several orders we have made, we received a partially damaged shipment due to handling by the Carrier. We sent some photos and were pleasantly surprised with a replacement box of the heavenly Haitian mangoes. Throughout, the Tropical team members stayed connected with apologies, updates and promise of quality and replacement. We are very impressed with the fruits and such pleasant customer service.
