Bought this as a surprise gift for my mom. Needless to say, she was perplexed at getting a pineapple in the mail and then finding it to be pink when cutting it open. She and my dad devoured the amazing deliciousness contained within and it didn't survive long enough for anyone else to get home and enjoy it. Looks like I'll be buying more pink pineapples.
