Their customer service is absolutely the best. Due to first fedex keeping my box for several extra days in a hot van my first delivery wasn't editable at all (no fault of Tropical Fruit Box). I contacted customer service and they sent another shipment this time via UPS. It too was kept several extra days by UPS as I'm in a rural and UPS won't deliver air packages on Saturdays here like they do in normal areas. Pat of this box was not editable. I again contacted customer service and they sent another order, this time overnighting it instead of 2 day. All my emails were responded to promptly and the staff are very friendly. The fruit when it came as it was supposed to was amazing. I think when they shipping to the pacific coast they should consider shipping earlier in the week rather than Thursdays. My only real complaint would be by the time I got a box delivered that was editable, they changed what came in the Taste the Exotics Fruit Box and sent what they had just switched it too rather than what was originally to come in the box when I ordered although the original items were still available for individual box purchase. This was very disappointing as I chose this box because it had the 3 of the 4 fruits I was most eager to try, Mangosteen, Cherimoya, and Soursop (Sugar Apple being #4). Out of those I only ended up with a Soursop in the box. It would be nice if they had more variety choices or when still in stock kept them available on the create your own box as I'd purchase them that way but they removed them from there as well. It was my original choice of box but after they removed the Sugar Apple from it I opted for the Taste of Exotics instead.
