I sent two boxes, one to my aunt for her birthday and one to my parents. My aunt received hers in California in perfect conditions and very happy. Pineapple and Lychee were very sweet. The banana and other fruits, she looks forward to arriving home everyday from work to see what might be ripen to have that evening. My parents weren't as lucky in the South. It's hot out here and Fedex lost the box for two days. But the fruit company responded so quickly and was so kind. their customer service was excellent. My mother loved the chance to try cacao and the cards explaining the fruits and how to open and when to eat some of the fruits she wasn't familiar with. This makes an excellent gift! My parents did say the Logan was wonderfully sweet.
