I called today to place an order only to be told that you all do not have any fruits it would have been great to know that in advance as I am getting them for a friend also and it would’ve been even better if notwithstanding ( perhaps you all could do Tuesdays and Thursdays as I have to place a 10 pound order to get 7 pounds that may be good but if you all could do Tuesdays and Thursdays we could have fruits for the whole week instead of us getting them on a Thursday maybe Friday having to wait two days for them to ripen sometimes three days and then have to eat them all around the same time just a thought and suggestion but I understand as my wife is from Ghana and my half sister is from Barbados and the fruit is not always available especially logistically ) knowing your regular customer base that it would be good to receive notifications emails or texts that you are out of the fruit proactively if feasible but now that we know that it’s possible you may not have we have to make some other arrangements beyond that this last order we received a different two different species of the fruits and the lighter green ones with the smaller seeds didn’t go so well and I ended up throwing two of them and one of the other darker green ones in the backyard I didn’t even bother to even take pictures and go through the process I was just going to get some more and hope for the best I think may be because of the at least two days or three days receiving them on ice ( maybe we could do no ice or cool and when we receive they will be naturally ripen if it’s a 2 day to get ) may make a difference especially knowing that you all probably have to get them-probably cooled or on ice etc-and no telling how long before from the tree to your store and then from your store to the customers -also my daughter was sent some in PemBrooke Flordia and I’ve been trying to communicate with her to find out the outcome but haven’t been able to reach her yet for some reason although she usually get them next day with less issues but anyway we are a small business as well and we are rather affected by reviews so I know firsthand what a business goes through to provide a service or product and I am empathetic in that regard although I know a business needs to know the truth so that they can improve their product and or service so I am grateful that you all do provide the fruits and when they are good they are great and when some are bad they are bad and in my case because of the traveling time I expect maybe some not to be good or to even be bad and maybe you all could even consider a bigger box ( considering shipper carrier’s rates parameters etc ) so that if there are a couple of bad ones maybe it is enough good ones that the bad doesn’t matter because being a business owner I contemplate what you all have to go through to replace ones that have gone bad when it’s basically not all your fault but I am sure that being a thriving business you want to satisfy your customers as much as possible understood and overstood so I say keep on doing what you are doing thank you!!!
