I've placed in a total of 3 orders within 10 weeks period. It one of my previous that it was a gift to my sister but for some technical error I did double check to make sure that it was to be shipped to my sister but yet after I enter my payment and when I got my order confirmation it was showed that it was shipped to me. I was pretty upset and frantic at this time but I did tried to call but your office was closed so I've emailed your customer service and explained the shipping error. I got a return call the very next day we kept missing each other because there was 3 hrs time difference but shortly there after I did received a reply emailed from Anna confirmed that my order has been corrected to the right shipping address. Thank you Thank you!!! Your customer service has built my confidence back with your prompt replied so I placed another order for myself and it was a wonderful experienced. Thank you again =)
