The service was efficient and helpful. Quick turnaround time. I will say, when first "opening" the table top banner, I spent 20 minutes trying to expand it. It was stuck. After much persistence and broken finger nails, I was able to get it to retract. It looks beautiful. Great value, truly and I will purchase again but you may want a warning label for first time use. And yes, I did watch the video which is very helpful.
