I placed my order for 3 retractable banners and was able to upload the artwork with ease. Joe reached out very quickly regarding my proofs and pointed out that I may need a higher-res image for printing (thank you, Joe!). I made the correction, uploaded and approved the proofs. They were printed in 2 days and shipped out. Communication regarding my order throughout the entire process was exceptional. Everything was shipped in a timely manner and arrived undamaged. All 3 retractable banners came in a very nice black carrying case and upon opening them I seriously could not be happier regarding the quality. They turned out SO GOOD and everyone who saw them thought they were great as well! The vinyl material, the printed images, everything about it is high quality (and for a GREAT price!).
