The team at TRTBanners was great when it came to helping make sure we received our replacement banner in time for our event. However, we wish we had understood the effort that would need to be put into switching out the banners. Probably should have just ordered a new stand and banner as we will be using the original banner again! SUGGESTION: If you included properly sized strips of the double-sided tape necessary for the replacement process, that would be a huge help!
