This was my second time ordering from TRTBanners. If it had been the first, I probably wouldn't have come back. My account liaison at this order was brusque, and seemed to have trouble understanding my requests. My first encounter with TRTBanners (with a different liaison, Dusty) was extremely good, and Dusty followed up with me at every step. The second person was nothing like that. I asked to be set up with Dusty when I placed my order, and either she is not working for the company any more (which would be a shame), or my request was ignored. In any case, the person I had this second time did the company no credit.
