An excellent experience! I found TRT Banners online, and was excited to find a company in the Cleveland area that provided an option for pickup. Their customer service was very helpful in ensuring that the artwork I submitted was good enough quality to print. They also added extra grommets at no charge, exactly where I needed them to be. The banner was finished promptly and looks great! The only issue we had is that when we went to pick up the banner at the address listed on the website (14300 Industrial Ave., Maple Hts. OH, 44137), it was their warehouse, and they had to redirect us to their nearby showroom to pick up the banner. So for pick-up orders, be sure to ask for the showroom address!
