My first time designing and procuring a roll-up banner. Great: Thorough information on website, fast processing time. OK but could be better: The banner actually had close to an inch more vertical space available than the website indicated (they said 15", but 16" would work if you don't need a bottom margin). A little instruction sheet would have been helpful. On the small (8.25 x 17 inch) tabletop banner, the spring-loaded hinge in the base is so stiff that I did not figure out how to open it to deploy the banner without doing some unnecessary disassembly. Would be nice to have a little more opacity in the banner material. My background color is light and somewhat pale, so this probably would not be an issue with bolder colors. In all, I'm very satisfied. Too bad the conference I was preparing for got cancelled. :-(
