Tatum was an absolute delight to work with. She promptly returned all of my phone calls and answered all of my questions. Tatum put my mind at ease whenever I got anxious and panicky (which was often near the end as this was my first time buying a house). My only critique is that things could have been better communicated regarding the final process; as I said as a new homeowner this entire process was new to me and I had to initiate conversations that I think should’ve been explained without prompting. I am ultimately very satisfied and overall things went quite smoothly.
