Why are there no reviews about this company since Jan 21? And prior to this the reviews are very regular. Why? These people are scammers. After investing over $70,000 with them over a period of time since Oct 2020, I needed to withdraw $40,000 for a property. This was discussed as a goal with the account manager Olive r. Last week I tried to initiate to withdraw the money on the platform. It was denied. I got a response from my account manager saying I had to wait until the end of this week and he used the words “I believe” you can withdraw which made me suspicious of his authenticity anyway as communications with him had not been consistent for a few weeks now. First his answer for not calling me was a medical emergency but I also tried having support to contact me and no one was contactable. Now all of a sudden I’ve lost $40,000 last night on the platform and today my account is empty and when I login it’s blank.... with just a few functions at the top of the screen which you can’t action anyway. Now I’m going to have to try to recover my money from these SCAMMERS. This company is not regulated and is offshore. Investigation into the address listed in their web page is incorrect too. Both contact numbers on the website go directly to a voicemail ALL of the time. No one answers the ph. They falsely advertise 24/7 support as well which is untrue. I have tried to contact the support team on the website with no luck in anyone replying. Very suspicious. An IT expert said to me that their software looks questionable. Beware people. Do not invest your money. In response to Truefxmarkets.com: No one in “support” will contact you back ever. As soon as I want to withdraw a large sum of money,that’s when I’ve been fobbed off and it still hasn’t been activated since I requested 5 days ago. You can’t withdraw on the platform as all attempts say “forbidden”. This company has ignored the withdrawal requests and the request to exit the company with the money I invested. Unprofessional and dodgy behaviour in the last weeks. Even my banks Scam team has contacted me about this company on more than one occasion.
