Michelle Tech was very patient understanding she has great customer service skills she knows how to talk and also do her job in a professional manner it’s been a long time since I’ve seen any customer service and professional all at the same time I AM a GM employees like that are hard to fine you guys are very lucky company to have a such enthusiastic person that does her job and most important of it all she got it done in less than 20 minutes maybe 15 I am very grateful for not only the company but I appreciate the employer Michelle because the service was outstanding if it wasn’t for people like that companies would not stand where they are today going on and beyond on the job because you enjoy it may God bless you and your family to many blessings that coming to you
