Trulox was FANTASTIC; I could not ask for more in a locksmith! I had a lock emergency early in the morning, and they were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. Sophia (whom I spoke with on the phone) was absolutely lovely. She provided much-needed reassurance and was very communicative with me both on the phone and via text. The locksmith who came out to my house arrived earlier than anticipated, which was an unexpected bonus. He was very helpful and provided a quick assessment of the problem and an understandable explanation of it to me. He even insisted on not charging me, as the fix was easier than anticipated. I will definitely be using Trulox for any of my locksmith needs in the future and recommend them most highly!
