I thought I’d lost an entire set of keys to both sides of my double and both gates leading to them. I was frantic and near tears when I called the dispatcher. She was calm and reassuring and told me she’d have someone out within 20 minutes. Both of the technicians who came were polite, friendly, and professional. They were working on the first key when (typical of me) I found them. They graciously charged only for the trip fee and portion of the work they had completed. They’re definitely the ones I’ll call if I ever lose (or think I’ve lost) my keys again!
