I never regretted entrusting the task into the hands of Trulox. Brooks was the tech guy assigned to me and he was punctual, experienced, and professional. The technician identified the broken piece inside the lock bolt and showed it to me before replacing it. The guy also filed down the door jamb to reduce friction on the bolt that caused the old one to break. Good job.
