I had to have a house re-keyed and called the office around 8 am to set up an appointment. Brooks answered right away and was the nicest man to talk to! He said he could take care of the job by noon the same day. The technician called when he was on his way and when he arrived, was very polite and respectful, then surveyed what had to be done and took care of it. Satisfactory service from Trulox.
