I appreciate that the representative from Trulox helped me solve the problem via phone call. Brooks could have come to my home and charged me a service call. Instead, he gave me his time and directions via phone and saved me a service call. I value his honesty and have his name and number at the top of my list for future needs or for referral to a friend who might need a locksmith. EXCEPTIONAL!!
