I had an unusual problem - the deadbolt wouldn't lock. I called them, and Brooks showed up within 45 minutes, I thought I would need a whole new lock system, but he diagnosed the problem as much simpler - the deadbolt mechanism had jammed. Brooks fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Good service, good job, reasonable price.
