Ariel was an awesome technician from Trulox - He arrived on time; Came on the scheduled date; Installed the deadbolt quickly and efficiently - with no mess! Cleaned up; and As a customer not familiar with the procedure, he answered all questions with patience and also showed us how to use the equipment and how to translate the instructions booklet.
