The tech guy immediately found the problem which was a build-up of ice on the garage floor causing the locking bar to jam. Cleared away ice and the problem was fixed. I offered to compensate Brooks for having to come out but he graciously declined. It is without hesitation I would recommend Trulox Locksmith for their highly professional guys.
