Five stars. Fast service. Had a door lock fail 'closed,' which meant even with the door unlocked and door knobs removed, the latch wouldn't retract. I called Trulox Locksmith and described the actual problem, and he knew exactly what was wrong and told me he could be there in about an hour. He texted me when he was on the way, showed up on time, got to work, and had the door open. Would use his services again.
