I had a gnarly problem with a non-standard double-cylinder deadbolt on a security gate. They technician came out promptly -- in the pouring rain -- and worked diligently to determine and resolve the issue. He replaced only the necessary parts rather than the whole thing, which saved me about 50%. (And he charged a lower base fee than a competing locksmith.) He took the time to explain everything to me as he worked. He was able to think creatively and outside the box. Highly recommended.
