We got a spare key made using the kiosk key cutter in the store. To our surprise, the key didn't work at all and actually broke off in the door. I called Trulox, and the representative was friendly in setting up our service. Brooks showed up and got the key out of the door in less than 30 min., a Very reasonable price, and friendly service.
