I contacted Trulox stating my issue, and Johnny came to replace four locks over the weekend after I moved into my new place. The guy was so friendly, explained everything he did and was a total pro. I will absolutely call them whenever I need more help. The new locks are of much better quality. Thanks, Johnny!
