Bought a new place, and the seller didn't leave any keys, only a code for the keypad. I contacted Trulox, and they sent Brooks. The technician was on time and extremely helpful. I replaced all my locks front and back, including deadbolts, and rekeyed them to a single key. I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend Trulox to anyone.
