Trulox sent Johnny out the next day after I made a call to the office, and he got all of our locks rekeyed to a single matching key. The guy was quick and professional, and it was clear that he was paying attention to details and cared about doing a good job. I hope I don't find myself in a situation where I need a locksmith any time soon, but if I do, I'll definitely call Trulox again.
