Just bought a new place, and the patio doors were wonky. I could not get the lock to work. I called yesterday and was able to get a visit scheduled for today within a two-hour time window. Trulox called in the morning to remind me of the appointment and again when Hakeem, the tech guy, was on his way. Great service.
