I sent an email for a quote for two locks to be changed, and then I realized I needed three. I emailed again they said no problem and told me they would come tomorrow between 10 and 11; he was there at ten and fitted them. He showed me an itemized bill and explained each item. We are happy with their work, and we will use them again.
